Mobile Wiseguy LLC is the business wireless consulting brand of Curtis Matthews, a Tampa Bay wireless consultant with more than 37 years in the wireless industry.

I started in wireless back in the BellSouth Mobility days and have worked through the major changes in the industry. I have seen wireless go from a simple mobile phone service to one of the most important tools a business depends on every day.

Today, I help business owners and managers make better decisions with their wireless and telecom services before they waste time, overpay, miss credits, or get stuck with account problems that should have been avoided.

Why I Created Mobile Wiseguy

Most business owners do not have time to become wireless experts. They have a company to run. But wireless accounts can get complicated fast, especially when there are multiple lines, upgrades, tablets, hotspots, internet services, promotions, and monthly billing changes.

Mobile Wiseguy exists to give businesses a more direct way to get help from someone who understands the wireless business and can look at the account from a practical business point of view.

My role is simple: help you understand what you have, what your options are, what problems may exist, and what steps make sense before you make a change.

My Wireless Background

I have worked in wireless for more than three decades, including experience around major carrier systems, business accounts, wireless stores, device upgrades, activations, plan changes, and customer support issues.

My strongest lane today is AT&T Business wireless. I also understand Verizon and T-Mobile business wireless well enough to help businesses compare options and ask better questions before making decisions.

I am not trying to be a retail phone store. I am not trying to sell everybody the same thing. I work best with businesses that want someone to help them think through the account, the devices, the billing, and the long-term impact of wireless decisions.
