Customers can make/receive unlimited text messages to over 100countries worldwide including Mexico, Brazil, Haiti, Dominican Republic,Cuba, Venezuela, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Germany*

This cell phone is offered on at&t prepay and can be used for texting. It is only a $100 and is the lowest price for a full qwerty key board cell phone on at&t.
