FOTA pushes were performed this month to the three Nokia devices that were having issues and should a customer return any of these devices to the store due to random Power Resets, then Customer Care has the ability to perform the s/w push.
Customer Care can push the software solution to the device if it was not successfully done already.

The dates of the updates
FOTA Push
10/3  E71x
10/14 6650
10/19  6555

This should fix the resetting that these Nokia models were having. If the download was not done automatically call customer care at 18003310500 and tell them what model Nokia you have and you want the latest download fix. They may need to transfer you to tech support.
The Nokia resetting issues has been around for months

Nokia E71, Nokia Surge and Nokia 6650 sales stopped in South Florida

The 3G Nokia’s have been stopped from being sold in South Florida by AT&T in any of their retail corporate stores or indirect stores. These 3G Nokia models are shutting off by themselves and rebooting. The problem is not the cell phones but in the South Florida market only it is caused by a network issue on AT&T that only effects these 3G Nokia models. The other non-3G Nokia models are not affected by this network issue.
I was told by AT&T to take down any posters promoting any of the 3G Nokia models until further notice.
I did experience the rebooting on a Nokia E71 myself a few weeks ago. While I was playing around with the phone learning the features and downloading the Skyfire browser for my friend the E71 phone rebooted 3 times on me. My friend who owns the E71 Nokia phone also commented the phone reboots on him at the Dania exit on highway 95 all the time.
