Effective July 1, 2010, the price of AT&T FastAccess DSL Direct Lite (768 kbps) to

new customers is increasing from $19.95 to

$29.95 per month.

Existing FastAccess DSL Direct Lite customers will receive a bill notification in June 2010 informing them of a $5.00 per month price increase, from $19.95 to

$24.95 per month beginning July 1, 2010. If an existing customer has been enrolled in the plan for less than six months, this price increase will not take affect until they have six months of service.

AT&T is involved in a class action lawsuit regarding customers with DSL service who may not be consistently receiving speeds meeting their current service plan standards. A settlement has been reached and an Order preliminarily approving the settlement has been entered by the court. Most of AT&T’s customers are not impacted by the settlement.
